Leave it to Khaled to keep it comin’ with the hottest collaborations out right now. What do you get when you add the hottest southern rappers of the moment and an insanely crunk beat? You get a head-knockin’ anthem. This song is a celebration of the hood mentality and a hymn for doin’ what ya gotta do, ya dig? And Akon pretty much ensures that the hook on a song is going to be memorable, no exception in “Out Here Grindin’” because Akon does his thing with lots of presence.

Akon does an amped solo intro over some snares as Khaled drops the beat so hard it’s hard not to start bouncing. It’s the kind of song that is meant for someone with a couple grand worth of equipment in their car sound system. Khaled once again proves he has the ability to make the stars align and continues to give them his best beats for what inevitably turns into a classic.

Khaled is a native of South Florida (born Khaled Khaled to Palestinian parents, “he so nice his mom named him twice”) and has been a contributing member of the music family for a while now, most in the production studio.
