Krazy - Pitbull (feat. Lil Jon)

October 14, 2008 | Author: John Paz

Lil’ Jon and Pitbull hook up for another very memorable song. “Krazy” starts off a hundred miles an hour and never lets up. It is a fresh new sound, especially from Lil’ Jon, who is primarily known for his bass-heavy dirty south sound.

But Lil’ Jon absolutely goes bananas with the production and aims to get every woman on the dance floor moving until they sweat.

But even more than break-neck pace and repetitive lyrics, Pitbull paints about a dozen “crazy” statements about various people from pop culture over the past twenty years. From J-Lo to MC Hammer and from Jay-Z to Kanye. Pitbull says:

Kanye no style,
J-Lo no ***…
Jeezy no coke,
Kat Williams no joke,
MC Hammer still rich not broke…
New York with no Flava…
Cuba no Castro…
Obama with no color, Hillirary with no Bill…
Just imagine all these thangs is enough to make ya go cra-zay.

The song is not only a dance-able song but also has replay value found in Pitbull’s lyrics. Just goes to show that it’s not always necessary to have a hokey-pokey dance-along track to get people on the dance floor. I look forward to hearing “Krazy” at the club.
